• O&E Letter Report — Request a report showing the current owner of record and recorded liens or encumbrances affecting the property.
• Lender Order — Submit an order for title and closing services on behalf of a lender.
• Broker Order – Seller Side — Submit seller and property information to begin title and closing services for the seller.
• Broker Order – Buyer Side — Submit buyer and transaction information to begin title and closing services for the buyer.
